The board meets three times a year and the minutes are published on the Vebego website.
In August each year the board decides which projects will be continued or launched the following year.

	Annette van Waning – Chairwoman of the work group & Manager of the Vebego Foundation. Link between work group and board. Project Manager and Supervisor for construction missions to Sri Lanka.		Ingeborg Zwolsman – Member & Project Manager at Hago Zorg. Supervisor for construction missions to Sri Lanka.
	Diana Kockelkoren – Member & Project Manager at Vebego PPA. Manager and Supervisor for construction missions to South Africa.		Sylvie Franken – Member & Project Manager at Assist Belgium. Supervisor for construction missions to South Africa..
	Annet van de Laak – External Member from Bojang. Project Manager for Ghana and also Supervisor for construction missions to Ghana.		Renée van der Aa – Secretary of the work group. Supervising the construction mission to Ghana in 2012.

The work group meets 3 or 4 times a year.
It advises the board and prepares decisions. In addition, the work group members are all construction mission supervisors. This ensures that they know what they are talking about when it comes to social involvement and your and our contribution.
