Within our Facility Services department, everyone is hard at work developing products and services. It’s a joy to watch them, as it means progress for us and our clients. Home at the Office

Home at the Office provides Housekeeping, Reception and Hostess services. In fact, they do everything to make sure that the office runs smoothly. For example, you can use them for post and package handling, reception and hostess services, providing lunch, minor technical maintenance, cleaning, internal relocations, conference services, copy and print services, and distribution of goods, etc. In brief, all the tasks that are carried out by one person, the housekeeper. Contract Performance Indicator

Facility Services has developed a tool that allows you to quickly and easily adapt a contract to a new situation. For example, rooms may change in size or all kinds of internal relocations may suddenly take place. The system immediately makes it clear what these changes will cost, or what they will entail. We always say that some solutions are just out there on the streets. This is one of them.

Excellent Cleaning

Excellent Cleaning (Excellente Reiniging) is a measurement that is carried out by a facility manager in order to improve the work processes (KPIs). It isn’t just about helping our employees to work more efficiently, because we’re already good at that (although of course there is always room for improvement). It is also about client satisfaction in general and employee satisfaction in particular.
 
eTimeBox

The eTimeBox is an integrated management information system that records staff hours in a simple, accurate and electronic way. In brief, the eTimeBox tells you exactly where, when and how long our employees are present. Indispensable for the client, the Occupational Health and Safety Service and for us. This eliminates the need to enter hours manually (time clocks), which greatly accelerates administrative processes. What’s more, no installation is required.
CleanBike

The CleanBike is a tricycle with a small cleaning trolley attached to the rear. This small ‘trailer’ with its mopping system equips the bike with all the facilities of a standard trolley. This makes it possible to cover large distances, as required at Schiphol Airport, for example.

The digital window-cleaner

The digital window-cleaner is a real-time track and trace Internet system. The system provides an insight into the status of activities such as planning as well as ongoing and completed activities. Activities are signed off on a PDA screen instead of a paper slip. Once the digital slip has been signed off, immediate notification can be sent to the client HQ by means of an e-mail or SMS. This means that checks can be carried out immediately. The system also issues an invoice once the activity has been signed off.

Vitafront

The Vitafront concept offers clients a complete façade management package, including items such as window cleaning, façade maintenance, technical maintenance and renovation. This means a single point of contact for façade management. Nice and simple.

Waste Care system

This patented recycling system focuses on the total waste stream. In the context of sustainability, this system fully satisfies the requirements of SenterNovem. Installing central units on site makes it possible to separate waste and achieve immediate savings of 6% on cleaning services.
