Tremendous boost for IBN DoQument Services: Award and new clients form basis for growth

06 okt 2011 - IBN DoQument Services has been nominated for the Document & Content Management Award. The DCM Awards, an initiative of Document Wereld and TAPAS Tekstschrijven als Passie, aim to highlight the growth potential of document management. According to the Director of IBN Facilitair, Michaëlla Cornelissen, the nomination is a tremendous boost for this young company.

Enjoying the confidence of clients
Despite the tender age of IBN DoQument Services, a variety of clients have already made use of the company’s services. An attractive contract was recently secured with the municipality of Veghel and on 4 October BS-OB decided to transfer the management of its digital post room to IBN.
BS-OB is a collaboration between five municipalities and the Aa and Meuse Water Board and has already worked together with IBN DoQument Services.

Basis for growth
Director Michaëlla Cornelissen: “IBN DoQument Services has been operating for almost a year now. To have been nominated for such an award already is naturally a huge compliment – for both the organization and for our staff”.

The winners of the DCM Awards will be announced on 19 January at the Hotel & Congress Centre Zuiderduin in Egmond aan Zee. IBN DoQument Services will be competing for the award together with business partner Ricoh.

Social collaboration
IBN DoQument Services is a new service offered by IBN Facilitair, a joint venture between Vebego and IBN.
It now has 5 hyper-modern “scanning lines” operated by specially trained employees from sheltered employment schemes. They digitize archives, files and document flows such as digital post rooms.
