Care has been honoured with this prize for the innovative way we deal with diversity within our personnel policy. And diverse we certainly are. Thirty three percent of our employees are of foreign origin. And they really are from all corners of the globe: we can count no fewer than 49 different nationalities within our workforce.

However, it is not only foreign job seekers who find their way to our company. One in four of our employees is more than 50 years old, one in ten is younger than 26 and three-quarters are women who work on a part-time basis.
